• Why Senior Housing?

There are some very nice Senior housing options.  However, they are few and far between. Our goal is to create environments where we provide the dignity deserved to the growing senior community and provide a "home away from home" environment. ​

• What is the ideal property for transformations into senior living? 

Ideally and for obvious reasons the ideal property is a single story residence that can support additions based on local permitting. ​

• What happens to properties that are not ideal?

Whether property is  residential, commercial or land we make an analysis of the property to determine if improvements and rental makes the most sense or potentially sale to support our on going goals.

• Can you provide legal referrals to facilitate a donation?  ​

We can provide referrals and work with a number of estate attorney and fiduciaries for estate planing. We can not refer our direct legal team as that would represent a conflict of interest in the donations process. ​

• Besides Real Estate do you accept other donations. 

We accept ​Cash or Equivalents, Cryptocurrencies, Stocks and Securities, Restricted or Pre-IPO Stocks. Other assets are reviewed on a case by case basis. 

• Do you work with Realtors and if so how?

Yes, we do support Realtors.  Both on the introduction side and selling assets. Please feel free to reach out for more details. ​

• Do you accept Personal Property?

On  a Case by case basis we will accept personal property to furnish our Homes. The majority of this will be done through Bolo's Estate Liquidations and donation receipts will be issued. ​
